Module 1 – Unlock Your Yearnings and Dreams

What do you yearn for? What dreams and longing do you have that return again and again? What is the ache in your heart that won’t go away? Do you feel like you don’t have any yearnings? No problem. Enough Already will awaken them.  

Your yearnings are your genius. They are the guideposts to living your best life. They are the gifts that you will use to heal yourself and heal the world. Neither you, nor the world can afford to let them go unrealized and unexpressed.  

In Module 1, we’ll go through specific exercises and coaching tools to help you unlock those yearnings, even if you feel like you don’t have any.

Module 2 – Enough Already! Slaying the Dragon

We’ll dig deep in this module by taking some of the tools from Module 1 and applying each one in a deeper way. We can’t slay our Not Enough thoughts without some deep diving to get to the heart of things. We’ll be cultivating the freedom and personal power that is possible when we know we are Enough Already!          

We’ll declutter your mind and clear the space to believe your yearnings can come true.

Module 3 – Your Inner Bad-Ass

Here’s the fun part, we’re going to take your yearnings from Module 1. We’ll reexamine and re-imagine them from our new paradigm of feeling Enough Already. We’ll define them and clarify them. Then you’ll also get one more tool to break the pattern of feeling like you’re Not Enough and begin to move towards your yearnings.

Module 4 – Own Your Brilliance

1. Enough Already is a four module program with a fifth "bonus module"

2. Plan on doing one module per week. Don't worry about getting behind. You can slow down and take it at your own pace. One module per week is a nice pace though, so take advantage of the momentum of staying with it for four weeks. 

3. There is a private FB group that you will get an invitation to join. That's a super place to get support and create community on your journey. I do occasional FB Lives and will probably be offering Q & A sessions from the FB Group. Think of it as live coaching all for the price of the program.
