100 Days of Living Orgasmically

You read that right.

100 Days of Living Orgasmically.

I’m creating a video series where I’ll use orgasm as a metaphor for life!

It’s a perfect metaphor in so many ways.

Shame kills an orgasm.

Self-care makes it easier.

No one outside of ourselves really has the power to give it to us - or take it away from us.

Orgasms can be empowering.

They connect us to our bodies and our soul.

They can connect us to someone else’s body and soul.

It’s the highest experience of pleasure.

Isn’t that what you’d like to say about your life on your death bed?

I do.

Join me. It all starts Thursday, August 1, 2019.

It’s going to be provocative. Fun. Irreverent at times. Inspirational. Thought provoking.

We’re going to transform our lives from the inside out. It’s the only way.

You’ll find the videos each day in two places; my YouTube Channel will have a playlist. You can watch and comment from there. They will also be in my private Facebook Group, Live Lavishly: The Art of Sustainable Transformation. I’ll do some of them live in the group, but everything will be added to the Youtube Playlist. If you aren’t a member of the private FB Group you can join here.

This is what chasing a dream looks like...

Once upon a time… a woman lost her job. She didn’t do anything wrong, in fact her company appreciated her gifts and talents enough to create a new position for her, but it wasn’t what she yearned for.

What she yearned for was to be an entrepreneur, who could work from anywhere, who would live near the ocean and have the financial freedom to travel. She also yearned for romance and a partner who would be her cheerleader, friend and lover.

She dared to take the leap.

She left the convenient, six-figure job, made her side-hustle her full-time-entrepreneur-hustle, sold most of what she owned, packed up her convertible Mustang and headed West.

Today, she’s working on a balcony overlooking the ocean.

She’s making big plans with her business and attracting new clients.

She’s making new friends.

She’s living the life she yearned for.

Does she have it all? No.

She hasn’t attracted her romantic partner.

The home is a friend’s, not hers.

She hasn’t done much traveling yet.

She’s scared sometimes.

She doubts herself and the risk she took from time-to-time.

Some sometimes she thinks she’s crazy, as a woman-of-a-certain-age, to risk it all for a business she believes in, the people she serves, the lifestyle she yearns for, romance and financial freedom on top of that!!

She is entirely toooooo much!

And I love her! She’s bold and brave. Flawed and perfect all at the same time.

She’s learning how to heal herself by loving herself, rather than thinking there is something wrong with her that needs fixing. Love. It’s simple and powerful.

And, of course, she is me. You probably guessed that about two sentences into my story.

Now, I want to ask you, is there something you are yearning for?

It may not be a whole-life-make-over like I’ve done.

Whatever it is. I promise you, it’s waiting for you to come get it.

It’s yearning for you as much as you yearn for it.

I’ve got three spots open right now for new clients if you want a little coaching to help you get there faster and have a guide for your journey.

It’s what I do. It’s who I am.

Click here to book your 15-minute Discovery Call and we’ll talk about what you are yearning for.

How are your circumstances shaping your life?

Are your circumstances shaping your life?

We would all answer yes to that question.

So, what's my point?

Today we're exploring the inner life vs. the outer life.

What do I mean by that?

How you think and feel is the beginning of all creation

I've come to understand this in a deep way. How I am thinking and feeling are the seeds of my circumstances.

If I don't like my circumstances. I need to change how I'm thinking and feeling.

Easier said than done!

Like a good life coach, I have my resources that help me shift and change my life. Resources that liberate me to my own wisdom. That move me forward in owning my brilliance. That's what I want for you too!

Science meets spirituality

I discovered the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza early this year. I watched a documentary he contributed to, What The Bleep Do We Know. I've never been a science person. I was raised on faith and the expectation that I would accept things, on faith, without question. I don't really like that "without question" part anymore.

I love how Dr. Joe takes the complicated topics of  quantum physics and neuroscience and makes them understandable and accessible. He has a new book that was released this week, Becoming Supernatural. How Common People are Doing the Uncommon.

What I've learned through experience

I have learned to use my imagination to create images and feeling states that are what I want to see and feel, regardless of what's happening in my "real life." Then when I meditate to deepen those images, feelings and cultivate awareness of my unconscious thoughts (that keep me limited and less than the highest expression of myself), my circumstances change.

My circumstances change dramatically. Sometimes it takes months, sometimes weeks and sometimes it happens in a day, but over and over this year I've experienced it in small and large ways. Professionally, personally and financially.

Find out more in today's video and I'd love to know if you've experienced the same thing in your life.

Knowing that our inner life is more powerful than our circumstances is how we truly Live Lavishly!
