What do depression, kindness and cocktails have in common?

Mark your calendar!!

Wednesday, July 3, at 5 pm Pacific and 8 pm Eastern join me and my special co-host, Alyssa Crawford for Cocktails and Coaching!

Alyssa has a beautiful story of how she went from postpartum depression into becoming a functional fitness trainer who specializes in prenatal and postpartum fitness and is certified in Applied Functional Science.

If you're like me and you're way past the age of postpartum depression, don't walk away!

Alyssa's gift reaches way beyond her specialty of working with moms. This quote from her, says it all, "my number one message to my clients, and anyone who will listen, is that in order to be successful... whether that is losing weight, toning up, eating better, working out for better heart function... in order to be successful, you must be kind to yourself."

BAM. Mic drop.

And, that's why I love her and her work! Kindness.

You can follow Alyssa on Instagram @healthy_4_mamas.

Join Alyssa and me on Wednesday. Whatever pre-Fourth of July plans you may have can wait. You can give yourself the gift of this hour with us to get your questions answered and discover how kindness can take you places you never dreamed of!

Submit your questions, on any topic, here. Alyssa and I look forward to sharing sacred, kind space with you on Wednesday.

Remember, it all takes place in the private Facebook Group, Live Lavishly, The Art of Sustainable Transformation. If you aren't a member, click here to join.

You are not your sh%t!

When life is throwing everything it's got at us, it's hard to remember, "I am not my shi%t!

Whether you're being challenged with your health, finances, in business or your career. It might be your marriage, your kids, your house needs repairs, your car has broken down...

Whatever your sh%t is... that's not you.

Who are you?

You are a spiritual being have a human experience. Maybe it's feeling "super-human" and not in a good way!!

Our brain - the mind - is hardwired to protect us, so it seems like a good idea to the mind to condemn and shame you out of these difficult circumstances. Maybe that will get you to do something different so that the mind will feel safe!

When lions were chasing us in the Serengeti, that was a very efficient strategy.

Today, not so much.

Today our difficult circumstances don't usually mean literal life or death. But our mind responds that way. So we fight or flee or freeze.

None of those strategies help us evolve into a better person. They only get us out of a temporarily crisis.

Today's challenging circumstances require what Einstein described as a "new mind" to create a new way of solving a problem, that is different than the mind that created the problem.

As long as we are identified with our problem, "I am not good enough." "I am terrible with money." "I'm not good at creating romantic relationships that feel loving and that last." "I'm not a good mother/father." And the list goes on... we will never be able to create a new mindset. We will fight, flee or freeze. And keep going round and round again with the same cycle.

That's why coaching is so important. We all need a coach to help us get to that new mindset instead of recreating our challenging circumstances all over again. That's like escaping the lion today and then going out into the same spot in the Serengeti tomorrow only to be chased by the lion again!

Who needs that!

When the challenging times hit, it's easy to become "identified" with them.

I am a bad parent.

I suck at my job. (I hate my job is equally as powerful0

I am terrible in relationships, or dating.

I am not good with money.

Or, an over-arching one, "I've ruined my life." Or, the equivalent.

All of those statements come from a place of identifying with your circumstances rather than knowing…

All of those statements come from a place of identifying with your circumstances rather than knowing..

I am powerful.

I am resourceful.
I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

I am the best parent I am capable of being today.

When we don't identify with our challenges, when we don't "identify" with them, we can find the space to access our power and thing in new ways.

Find a new solution.

Remember that there are infinite possibilities.

Remember who we really are.

Resourceful.

Powerful.

Unlimited.

If you want a guide, to take your to, resourceful, powerful and unlimited, we need to talk!

I won't be taking new clients in July, so let's get you started now!

There's no time to waste.

You deserve to know who you truly are!

Hit reply and we'll set up a 15 minute call to be sure we want to work together. Then we'll get going on getting you to Powerful. Resourceful. And, Unlimited.

When does, "no," really mean, "yes?"

I’ve had a lot of clients recently who are working to get clarity on saying, yes or no to something.

  • Do I say, yes or no, to the job offer?

  • Do I say, yes or no, to leaving my relationship?

  • Do I say, yes or no, to dating? Or a particular person I’m dating?

  • Do I say, yes or no, to taking a vacation with my best friend and leave my family at home?

  • Do I say, yes or no, to starting or expanding my business?

  • Do I say, yes or no, to leaving my hometown behind and moving to the beach?

What are you wanting to say, yes, or no to?

Every time we say, no, to something, we are saying, yes, to something else.

We can’t say yes, all the time. Even when things sound interesting or fun because when we say, yes to that, we are probably saying, no, to something else. And it’s also true, and I doooo sooooo love this… that when I say, no, to something, or someone, I am saying, YES! To something, or someone else.

I’ve had the same question on my mind. I have lovely business clients. I freakin love helping solo-entrepreneurs manage and grow their businesses! That’s an easy, yes! I have one-on-one clients working on their relationships, careers, and how to expand into the life they’ve been dreaming of. Again, easy, "Yes!"

I also have two collaborative projects I’m working on that thrill me! It’s too soon to tell you about them, but imagine getting three or four of your favorite people together and creating something that will positively make the world a better place? Pretty damn exciting!!

So, what do I say no to? I have a certain amount of creative and business energy. I won’t sacrifice self-care and relationships for “work.” I used to do that and the one thing I know is that it’s not sustainable.

I have to do what I coach clients to do. I have to figure out what to say no to, so I have the time, space and energy for the things I want to say, yes, to!

Here goes! I won’t be taking any one-on-one clients after July 1, 2019. If you’ve been thinking about working with me in that profoundly productive environment of 1:1 coaching, now is the time to say, YES!

You can get a six-session package for $850 (or two payments of $435) – this is most client’s favorite because with six sessions they experience a lot of break-throughs; or… a three-session package that is $495 (or two payments of $255.)

If you want to book a 15-minute Discovery Call to decide which is best for you, we can do that, we just need to do it before July 1st.

Hit reply and let me know:

1.     Yes! I want six sessions!

2.     Yes! I want three sessions!

3.     Yes! I want a Discovery Call!

The Two Taboo Topics that I'm Talking About!

Money and Sex!

They are unavoidable in life. And...

  • No one teaches you how to be good at them.

  • Everyone expects to be good at them.

  • It's not socially acceptable to admit you have a problem or discuss challenges you are having with either of them.

  • There is a lot of shame around "mistakes" in both topics.

  • They are the two most likely issues to cause couples to divorce.

And, I'm sick of it!

Let's talk about them.

I've got two excellent places for you to do it.

1. Cocktails and Coaching on Wednesday night at 5 pm Pacific/8 pm Eastern. I'd love to hear your questions about money and sex! There's a simple form you can fill out to submit your question. You don't have to include your name, so you keep your anonymity if you want. But, let's get a conversation going! Click here to submit a question.

2. Join my private Facebook Group, Live Lavishly: The Art of Sustainable Transformation. You can do that here. I'd love to see a post from a member asking a question about money or sex.

Here's what you'll get from me. No judgement! Never. And, honest answers, including, "I'm not sure. I've struggled with that too." In which case I'll start asking my network of really smart, cool coaches and see who can help us both.

Let me lay a truth on you. This is a capital T truth. I don't pretend to know what I don't know or coach something I can't do! I'm not the classic, "teach what you can't do" sort of coach.

I'm a total, "Live it to give it" coach!

I've had my share of money and sex challenges and traumas. I'm not perfect at either of them. No one is.

I have worked on my challenges and learned some killer tools that make me an amazing guide though. Someone to open doors and light the way for you to tap your unique inner wisdom and your unique path to freedom in finances and in your sex life!

And as a bit of a "teaser" I'll share that I am collaborating with three other badass people to bring you some amazing resources in the area of sex and sexuality. More to come of that in the next couple of months, but you're going to love it!

So.... join us for Cocktails and Coaching on Wednesday, join the FB Group and feel free to hit, "reply" and send me an email.

Obsessed with Rocketman!

Have you seen it?

It’s a biopic of Elton John’s music and life.

It’s a beautiful portrayal of his struggle to become his authentic self.

Unapologetically authentic. Two of my favorite words.

It took a lot of drugs at first.

Then in his quest for sobriety, he heals his heart and soul from the wounds of his childhood.

Sound familiar?
It’s what we all do.

We all get wounded, no matter how awesome our parents are, or tried to be. It’s not about assigning blame.

It’s about liberating your soul!

My favorite line in the movie comes from another musician who says, “you have to kill who you were born to be, to become who you were meant to be.”

We are all subject to cultural and parental conditioning. For some of us, add to that religious conditioning.

Conditioning is what tells us who we are supposed to be and NOT supposed to be.

Conditioning is NOT who we were meant to be.

It can be a long journey to liberate yourself from all that conditioning into the (sober) freedom we see Elton John living at the end of the movie. It’s not an easy road. We need help.

That’s why I love being a life coach. In one way or another, that’s what I do. I help client’s liberate themselves to their unapologetic, authentic self. It’s a wild and beautiful trip! There are twists and turns, ups and downs, but the liberation! The freedom! It’s worth every moment of the journey.

If you want to explore your unapologetic self, breaking free from who you were conditioned to be and becoming who you were meant to be… I’ve got a special deal. Two, one-on-one coaching session for only $200! That’s over 50% off my normal rate, so it’s time to act.

If you’ve worked with me before, just email me, brenda@brendaflorida.com and let me know you want the two sessions. I’ll invoice you by Friday, June 7, and you can book your sessions.

If you haven’t worked with me, just book a 15-min Discovery Call before Friday, June 7th so we can be sure we’ll be good working together. Book that call here. Then I’ll invoice you and you can book your appointments.

You deserve to be who you were meant to be!

Be the Rocketman of your life!

xoxo,

Brenda

We’re jamming on Cocktails and Coaching!

I didn’t think it was possible, but each week gets better and better!

 What is Cocktails and Coaching?

It’s an informal, online gathering of cool people on my private Facebook Group, Live Lavishly: The Art of Sustainable Transformation. If you aren’t a member, join now, right here.

Each week I have a different co-host. This week is the amazing “Bridge Coach” Sue Lundquist, or Super-Sue as she is known! Sue has an awesome new program she’s launching at a special price this week called, Craziness to Clarity. Check it out here. Like me, Sue is practical and all about making change in your real-world! I love her work!

Sue and I will be on a FB Live in the private FB Group at 5 pm Pacific/8 pm Eastern. It’s the perfect time to grab a cocktail, or some tea or anything else you want… and join us for an engaging conversation around the questions YOU SUBMIT! That’s the fun part. We answer the questions that the audience submits through a form on my website. Here’s the form!

I can’t wait to see your question and answer it on Wednesday! Don’t miss the fun!

Have you ever gone speechless?

And I don’t mean in a good way.

Speechless.

When you know you need to say something.

To stand up for yourself.

To stand up for someone else.

To stop a racist comment or bully.

To ask for what you want or need.

It’s happened to me. I imagine it happens to everyone.

And it’s so painful.

We wish we could have a “do-over”

We feel diminished. Flat.

One of the joys of my life is helping men and women find their voice. To speak up.

I’m sure you have areas in your life where you do speak up. You do ask for what you need.

And then there are parts of life where you don’t.

Maybe it’s your relationship. Or job. Of it’s this one particular friend, or volunteer group you work with.

You can’t seem to say, “no.”

You can’t seem to find the words or the right time to say what you really, really want to say!

That’s where a I come in.

I work with clients all the time to find their truth, power and purpose in life. (Sometimes that’s the easy part.)

Then I help them speak up.

Speak up for what they need and want.

Speak up for what is acceptable and what it not.

Speak from their authentic self with clarity, confidence and most importantly, without guilt!

It may seem impossible, but it’s not. Trust me.

We all go speechless at times. It doesn’t need to define you or your life.

You can speak up.

I’ve got a super-summer-speak-up deal for you!

Two, one-on-one coaching sessions with me for only $200! That’s a big discount and I’m good with that.

Some people aren’t sure a life coach can really help them. I can help you. And I’m dropping the bar to the resistance so you can experience it.

All you do is book your 15-minute Discovery Call here, before June 7th, and if we decide to work together, I’ll invoice you for your two sessions. Then you book them. BAM! That’s it. Super easy.

Let’s agree right now, not to go speechless again.

What Are The Questions Smart People Ask 🤔

Don't you love those really great questions that get you thinking in creative ways, rather than the same old same old.

One of the many tools I'm giving people in From Darkness to Light is the power of asking the right questions and what those questions are.

Instead of, "why does everything seem to go wrong?" you'll get empowering questions, because let's face it, there's NEVER a good answer to "why does everything seem to go wrong?"

The power of our questions lead us to the power of our answers.

Ask a bad question. Get a bad answer.

Ask an empowering questions. Get an empowering answer.

That session alone is worth the $99 I'm charging for the entire four-week program, so, join us. Period.

Do it for you.

Get the deets and register right here. Do it today. We start tomorrow.

The day I almost slapped someone for telling me to be grateful!

You’ve heard it.

“Find something you’re grateful for.”

“Write down three things a day you're grateful for.”

Gratitude has become the end-all, cure-all practically.

When you’re drowning in fear, overwhelm and despair… it’s a little hard to find.

I remember last fall, I was having a very bad day that was part of a very difficult couple of months.

As a coach, and living my life pretty publicly on social media, I am committed to authenticity.

Which gets tough when you’re in an extended crisis.

I want to be real and… who wants to listen to a life coach who’s depressed!?

On this particular day, I was overwhelmed. I couldn’t see any end to my challenges. And this delightful person, whom I love, said the dreaded words… “Find something to be grateful for!”

I wanted to slap her!! (We were on the phone, which saved both of us from knowing if I would have!)

She insisted. That’s the way she is.

After several minutes… I succumbed. I really just wanted to get her off the phone and go back to my despair.

And then, I felt it.

A tiny shift.

Damn it! This gratitude thing works! I had forgotten.

I thought of two or three really simple things. I think the first thing I thought of was, “I’m breathing.” Which lead me to seeing something in the room I was in that I thought was pretty. Which led me to thinking of the person I was staying with and how grateful I was to be staying with her.

And there you have it. It didn’t solve all my problems. I still had a bunch of shit hitting the fan. There still wasn’t any end in sight as far as that shit went, but…

I felt a release.

I felt a little lighter.

My mind calmed down.

And from there I decided what to do next.

I don’t really remember what I did. I might have decided to take a nap, or a shower, or watch inspirational videos on YouTube, but I did something different than drown in my fear.

Damn it. Maybe gratitude is the end-all, cure-all!

Gratitude is one of the many tools we’ll be unpacking and mastering during my four-week coaching program, From Darkness to Light. Instead of wishing hard-times would magically leave, we’re taking them head-on! We’ll stare fear in the fucking face and win.

The mantra for the program is, “There’s no power outside of you greater than the power inside of you!” For those of you in the program, you’ll leave knowing that is true!!

There are only a few spots left, so get the deets and register here.

If you know a friend who needs the tools and support that From Darkness to Light will deliver, please share this email with them so they can join us. There’s no need to navigate the darkness alone. <3

What is your experience with gratitude? If you don’t have one. Try it. Tell me what happens!

How's your anxiety?

Anxiety hits all of us at some point.

Sometimes it’s hot, heavy and never-ending.

Sometimes it rushes in, out of nowhere, and grabs us by the throat.

It drives us into fear. Imagining terrible outcomes.

It’s always reminding us of something awful in the past or warning us about something awful in the future.

It masquerades as “helpful.”

As if it’s going to make you extra smart or extra resourceful in order to prevent or circumvent a terrible outcome it is imagining or remembering.

Think about it though.

Is it really helpful?

Does it really help you find your most creative, best possible outcome? Does it bring you to the best version of yourself?

No.

Our best ideas, our best problem-solving skills come out of a place of peace and love. That’s why we ask friends and family for help when we’re struggling. We know they will think of something we won’t. Because they aren’t in anxiety about the situation.

Would you like to turn down the volume on your anxiety and turn up the volume on peace and love?

Then join me for From Darkness to Light. It’s a four-week, small group, coaching program. I’m only allowing 10 people in the group. It’s for men and women. We’re going to face anxiety head-on with tools and life-hacks that will turn down that volume. You’ll move you towards the peace and love that moves you into better decisions, less stress and into a better version of yourself.

I’ve priced it at a super reasonable $99. Get all the deets here and register. It won’t be a mistake, I promise. Your anxiety might not like it, but isn’t that the point??? <3 <3

Grab a Cocktail and Let's Get REAL Together!

I love to eat and drink with people.

There’s something about gathering around a good drink and some great food that allows for a certain intimacy and openness that isn’t always easy to find.

That’s why I always have my favorite hangouts in any city I visit often or live in.

Because I’m currently living a “location independent” lifestyle, I decided to create such a space myself!

In a perfect world, I’d make your drink for you, even fix some great appetizers or dinner, but alas…that also creates a lot of logistic limitations.

I’m creating Cocktails and Coaching as a virtual answer to my logistic limitations!

While I can’t make your drink, I’ll count on your for that, I can create an open, safe and fun environment where we can hang out, have a few laughs and open up to the things that puzzle us, bother us, that we’re stuck on, pissed off by, surprised by and delighted by!

Nothing is off-limits in Cocktails and Coaching. You bring it. We’ll talk about it. I’ll give coaching tips and tricks, life-hacks and other bits of wisdom. (The more you drink the wiser I get!)

I’m also inviting a cool co-host each week. I’m stoked about that!

Our first Cocktails and Coaching will be on Wednesday, May 15, 5:00 pm Pacific, 8 pm Eastern.

We’ll gather in my private Facebook Group, Live Lavishly: The Art of Sustainable Transformation. If you aren’t a member, use this link to join.

This is an “all guys, all gals” welcome sort of party! The FB Group is now open to men and women. I love coaching men and have always felt it unnatural to exclude them so... welcome guys!

To submit a question or topic you want us to discuss and coach around, just fill out the form on my website at www.BrendaFlorida.com/Cocktails-Coaching

My first co-host is the intuitive, gorgeous and incomparable, Jess Bubbico! Jess has a weekly radio show, Method Meets Magic and she is a genius, intuitive coach. You can find out more about Jess and her free Facebook Challenge here.

Let’s do it! Invite your friends. Submit your questions and topics. Grab your cocktail and join me, every Wednesday at 5 Pacific/8 Eastern in the Facebook Group, for Cocktails and Coaching!

I can't wait to see you at the first gathering of Cocktails and Coaching in the private FB Group, Live Lavishly, on Wednesday, May 13, 5 pm Pacific, 8 pm Eastern!

Did you dread the start of a new week?

I hope not, but statistically speaking it happens to a lot of folks.

It can start creeping in on Sunday. The dread of going back to work on Monday.

The dread of a life that you aren't enjoying, slapping you in the face.

Anxiety and despair, feeling like there's no way out. No escape.

It's called a Dark Night of the Soul for a reason.

Our typical ways of coping aren't working very well.

We can't find a solution.

The advice we get from family and friends can range from feeling impossible to downright irritating!

So, what do we do?

If you're like me, you don't just give up.

It's life for fuck-sake! We can't just bail.

But what do we do?

How do we consciously navigate a dark night of the soul?

Where's the life-raft?

I’m creating a life-raft.

It’s the life-raft I needed.

So, you can stop drowning in the downward spiral of anxiety and catastrophe driven thoughts.

I’ve been collecting tools and strategies for years.

I’m calling it, “From Darkness to Light.”

It’s a four-week group coaching program, for men and women.. I’m pricing it super-easy, because I know that sometimes, a dark night of the soul hits your bank account and I want you to have the tools and experience the support you’ll get when you join the program.

I want you to go. From Darkness to Light.

Hit reply to this email and let me know if you have any questions or are wondering if it's for you.  No one but me will see the email.

I'm only allowing for 10 people to register, so grab your seat today, right here

Grab onto the life-raft.

From a Dark Night to a Balcony on the Beach?

Today I'm sitting on the balcony of a lovely hotel room overlooking the ocean, in my favorite place, La Jolla, CA.

I've been very open this week about my own dark night of the soul, several of them actually.

So, how did I get from a dark night of the soul to this balcony?

Work.

Yep. That's not sexy or even terribly intriguing. But, it's true.

I worked every day to make my internal environment more important than my external circumstances.

What does that look like?

It looks like this: I launch a program and get nothing but crickets, I "need" the money to pay bills, nothing else good is happening professionally or financially, and I spend as much time as I need to shift my mindset and how I feel to abundance, instead of the scarcity and fear my circumstances could easily trigger.

How did I do it? I use a lot of tools. One day one works, the next day it doesn't help at all and I need something else out of my bag of tricks! But between all the tools and the several online communities I get support from...I've gotten through each day.

Is my struggle over? The gorgeous scene from my balcony is a bit deceiving. This moment, this weekend while I'm here I am totally enjoying all the abundance of it. That's one of my tools. Even when parts of my life are in crisis, I can find another part that isn't, and enjoy the hell out of that! I don't have to let the crisis define me.

I'll bask in the abundance and glory of this balcony and weekend in my favorite place and know that the only thing that exists, is this present moment.

And then, there will be a moment when I know what my next step is. For me these days, it's usually one step. I don't know the next 5 steps, just the next one. As Brene Brown says, "courage is the ability to be comfortable with discomfort." She didn't say, "courage is the ability to make discomfort go away.

That's why I created both, From Darkness into Light and Cocktails and Coaching. Because Cocktails and Coaching is just plain old, good fun. And we all need that. Especially when we need tools to take us From Darkness to Light. They can both exist at the same time.

Join me for Cocktails and Coaching on Wednesday's at 5 pm Pacific/8 pm Eastern in my private Facebook Group. You can join the group here. You can ask a question or tell me about a situation you want help with, here, and I'll address it live.

If you're in crisis. If you're in anxiety, fear, confusion, self-doubt and spinning in negative self-talk, you need From Darkness to Light. I'm only allowing 10 people in the group to keep things intimate. Get all the details and register here. We start May 21 at 5 pm Pacific/8 pm Eastern, but I'll close registration as soon as it's full.

If you have any questions, hit reply and let me know. Your email will be private and I'm the only one who will see it.

When Life Throws Sh*t at you... I'll show you a way out!

I love inspiring stories!

Especially the rags to riches kind.

When my life is in turmoil, when I'm struggling to get up and keep going, I wonder, how did they get through those bad days?

When great people tell their story and include the adversity they've overcome, we're inspired. But they rarely talk about how they got up every day and went to work or took care of the kids, when they were drowning in despair and hopelessness.

I've had a lot of ups and downs in my life. Times when I wasn't sure how to go on. But, I had to keep going. Life keeps moving. So I did too.

Over the course of my life, I've gotten better at how I navigate those times when I'm not sure I can keep going. I do it with less fear. Less anxiety. I've even learned how to cultivate peace and self-love, BECAUSE things were so hard, not despite the difficulty.

Since becoming a life coach I've had several conversations with other coaches about these, dark nights of the soul, and how few coaches, books or programs really address how to navigate a really terrible time. Everyone agreed with me. "Yeah, no one really talks much about it."

I decided to create it. The program that will show you how.

From Darkness to Light is a four-week group coaching program. We'll meet for an hour a week via free video conferencing.

I'm going to teach and coach. The group will support and encourage each other.

Everyone will get down-to-earth tools to get through the day, when the day is shitty.

If you, or someone you know, is experiencing a difficult time, please join us.

I'm only charging $99 because I know that difficult times often hit your finances.

Get all the details below and register for our May group. All sessions are recorded.

You can move From Darkness to Light. I've done it, I'll be your guide.

The Dreaded "Dark Night of the Soul"

A ‘Dark Night of the Soul’ is when you’re drowning in difficult circumstances.

When the things that used to work, when life served you lemons, don’t work.

You can’t figure out how to make lemonade out of this.

Is there something wrong?

It’s easy to drop into all the disempowering questions, like, “what am I doing wrong?” “What’s wrong with me?” “Why does life have to be so hard?”

Equally easy is what I call, compare and despair. That’s when it seems like everyone you encounter is thriving in the area(s) of life you’re being challenged in. Which brings up thoughts like, “How come they can do it/get it and I can’t?” Which usually takes us right back to “What’s wrong with me?”

Every great person I admire has had at least one dark night of the soul. But we hear their stories after they are on the other side. Eckhart Tolle and the two years he lived on a park bench before writing “The Power of Now” and became a wealthy world-famous author and spiritual leader.

Oprah and her years of poverty, abuse and so much more, before becoming a celebrated talk-show host and billionaire.

How did they navigate those years, living on a park bench, in poverty, abused?

And how do I consciously navigate and get through my dark night of the soul?

I don’t want to be a victim. I want to figure out what is here for me in this dark time.

A dark night of the soul becomes a great part of our story, when we’re on the other side, we have evolved to the next level of our journey.

After a dark night of the soul, something better, bigger, brighter emerges.

That’s why they are “worth it.”

Why I don’t want to numb-out or runaway when one enters my life.

When my dark night of the soul hits, I endeavor to embrace it and ask empowering questions, “what is wanting to emerge in me now?” “What is the next highest expression of myself and who do I need to become in order to live it?”

When you’re swimming in fear, anxiety, despair and all you can imagine are terrible futures; the one where you run out of money, or get a bad diagnosis, lose the relationship, end up a bag lady or live on the street, it’s really hard to keep a vision of the “next-best” version of yourself and your life.

I know. I’ve been there. So,

Email me and let me know that you’re interested. No one but me will see the email.

I’ll open registration later this week.

I love you and want you to go from darkness to light. It’s possible. You don’t have to do it alone.
