This is me…
I work with people who are self-aware, capable, and tired of carrying patterns that no longer fit — guilt, over-responsibility, people-pleasing, self-criticism, and the quiet pressure to keep proving themselves.
My coaching isn’t about hype, fixing you, or chasing some idealized version of life. It’s practical, direct, and deeply human. We look at the patterns running your choices — emotional, relational, financial — and interrupt the ones that keep you stuck, exhausted, or small. Then we replace them with ways of living that actually make life easier.
My life hasn’t followed a conventional script. I married young, raised four children, and spent years trying to be the “good wife,” “good mother,” and “good Christian.” In the process, I learned firsthand how easy it is to disappear inside roles, expectations, and systems that reward self-abandonment.
Leaving that life meant starting over — more than once. I’ve rebuilt relationships, careers, and my sense of self from the ground up. I’ve experienced success, loss, financial instability, and even homelessness later in life. What all of it gave me was a sharp eye for patterns — and a deep respect for what actually creates stability, clarity, and freedom over time.
That’s the work I do now.
Clients work with me because I see what they can’t see yet. I notice the blind spots, the loops, the coping strategies that once helped but now quietly limit them. Our work is honest, judgment-free, and grounded in real life — not theory, not platitudes.
Outside of coaching, I love travel, great food, cocktails, style, and beauty in all its forms. I don’t believe life is meant to be an endless self-improvement project. It can be rich, pleasurable, and well-lived — even while you’re figuring things out.
If you’re ready to stop managing your life and start living it on your own terms, we’ll work well together.
