🎵 I’m leaving on a jet plane...🎵

Today I’m traveling back to LA from 5-weeks of being in PA and MD.

A few reflections after a month away, teaching, leading my first retreat and adding several new clients:

  • We all struggle with such similar issues. The stories might be very different, but the thoughts and the feelings of self-doubt, self-judgment, diminishment and despair are the same. Reminding me, there’s more that connects us then separates us.

  • Ending the cycle of self-criticism and replacing it with self-love and self-care is the most important transformation we can devote ourselves to.

  • No one “has it all together.” It’s so easy to look at others and think they’re so amazing are handling things so well. Some of you may even look at me that way. Nope. We all experience pain, disappointment, fear and self-doubt. That’s not the problem. It’s how we respond to the pain, disappointment, fear and self-doubt that matters. Let’s stop comparing ourselves.

So… what do you think? Does that resonate?

Then let’s all get on the jet plane of self-love, self-trust, self-compassion and self-acceptance. And let’s fuel that jet with gratitude. Gratitude for the journey and for our beautiful, powerful selves that take us through it.
